MatchDay Pass

MatchDayPass

MatchDayPassMatchDayPass provides a one stop shop for journalists, photographers, broadcasters and other media where they can access protected content, subscribe to press releases sent via MatchDayMail, and request event accreditation. Once a user has completed the online registration process and been approved by an administrator, they immediately have access to a section of the website tailored specifically for the media. This can include press releases, extra match statistics, media guides, downloadable high resolution logos and much more.

Accreditation

Requesting accreditation for one or more events is a simple one step process where the user simply selects the required events, checks that their personal details are up-to-date, and supplies any extra information specific to their selected event(s). The user can view the status of their accreditation requests and submit changes at anytime, as well as being notified by e-mail when the request is approved or rejected. The whole accreditation process can optionally be carried out by a proxy (such as a PA or secretary) who can request accreditation on behalf of any number of users.

Simple Administration

From an administration point of view, MatchDayPass could not be simpler. The static content is controlled via our Content Management System in the same way as a standard website, and seamlessly integrated with dynamic content such as match previews, reports and statistics.

The dedicated accreditation management console intuitively allows the set-up of events, which can be grouped together for easy management. Each group and event can have an unlimited number of customised fields enabling flexible data collection and extra features such as managing subscriptions to MatchDayMail mailing lists. Each event has a registration deadline, after which time accreditation requests can be recorded but are flagged as late. Even approving or rejecting hundreds of requests at a time is a painless process. A request summary page shows the key details of each request, and it takes just one click to change the colour coded status. If a request requires further consideration then the full details and accreditation history of the corresponding user can be viewed without leaving the summary page. Once the accredited list has been finalised, administrators can download a CSV of accredited journalists and a ZIP file containing the corresponding photos for use on passes etc.

MatchDayPass is fully configurable - every single word or phrase displayed to the users (including any notification e-mails) can be changed to meet specific requirements, and of course, the whole system can be delivered in multiple languages.
